Each member of the founding team had realized by himself, due to professional or personal experience, that there is a need of easy to operate and cost effective device or system, enabling test of wide range of critical medical parameters with ability to compare to the same personal base line parameters.

Strangely, there is no available system or devices that can provide the need for such described system in today's technically developed world.

During one occasional meeting of the founding team, the subject and need for had been raised and all shared the idea that there is a clear necessity for devices and system that can be easily used by health care services and at home as well. Our thoughts had been well checked with key personnel at some major health care organizations which approved that such system and set of devices are clearly a need that they will be warmly welcome and desire to have an approach to.
